Who is responsible
Finch AI Systems Limited, a company registered in Ireland with company number 824161, trading as LitAgent (“we”), is responsible for personal data handled through this website and the info@litagent.ie mailbox. You can reach us at info@litagent.ie.
This website collects nothing about you
There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no forms on this site. The platform demo runs entirely in your own browser on invented data. Nothing you click or type in it is sent to us.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard technical logs of requests to the site, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the service secure and working. It handles those under its own privacy policy.
If you email us
When you write to info@litagent.ie we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started. We never add you to a mailing list and never sell or share your details.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is active and delete it no later than 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client, in which case our client agreement applies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to info@litagent.ie and we will respond within one month.
You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland: dataprotection.ie.
Changes
If we add anything that collects data, such as a contact form or analytics, we will update this notice first.
